It is reputation because of reviews, and the ranking prominence of your brand.

There are more overlaps, but you get the picture.

The main reason GMB is the grand daddy of them all is Google.

People on Google are researching first. Socializing second.

On Facebook or other socials, people are there to socialize, and then research.
